I'm nothing more than a bedroom DJ with a passion for Eurodance. I've been hooked on the genre ever since I first laid ears on it; the energy, the soul, and the distinctive sound made me fall in love with the genre. In the early 2000s, however, Eurodance was supplanted by two new genres, Hands-Up and Tek-House, and it all but disappeared from the mixing scene. Although some of today's mixes are decent, they lack the feel and the magic that characterized the classic mixes. With no good Eurodance mixes in production at the time, the solution was to make my own.
The Aquasound Current series officially began on December of 2007, with the release of my first mix. The mix came out sounding rather cacophanous, however, and lacked much coherence. I scrapped that mix, but I got some invaluable experience and feedback from it, and ultimately released Aquasound 2 and every mix thereafter.
To date, I have released five different mixes, and the first mix is scheduled to be remade whenever time permits. As long as there is Eurodance out there, I will continue to expand my series.
